Dr. Bennett is now offering visits to middle schools and high schools with the same “everybody wins” fee policy listed here. Note that middle and high school students should be particularly interested in his books A Global Warming Primer, Math for Life, and What is Relativity?, while teachers will be interested in On Teaching Science.
Program: Dr. Bennett will present an age-tailored version of one of his popular public talks, which may include such wide-ranging topics as the nature of science, Einstein’s theory of relativity, the search for life beyond Earth, global warming, the importance of math, and why today’s students represent the generation that will make the decisions that will determine the future course of the human race. Dr. Bennett is open to numerous potential program formats, but suggests a 1-hour assembly followed by a 1-hour discussion with a smaller group of students. Contact Dr. Bennett about scheduling.
